Villa Emi is located in Karojba, a charming village near Motovun. The ground floor features a spacious, air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor offers two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower. The beautiful garden is a true highlight, featuring a 34 sqm swimming pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table and a charcoal BBQ. For entertainment, there is an air-conditioned game room complete with table tennis and an additional bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The youngest guests will love the dedicated playground with a swing and a slide, as well as the beach volleyball court and a small football field with artificial grass.

If you want to escape the crowds and just relax, this place is perfect. The yard is amazing and has so many things to do so we were never bored. The summer kitchen is right by the pool so you basically live outside. The house is clean, modern, and has everything you need, and the AC in every room was great during the summer heat. If you plan on going to the beach, doing bigger grocery shopping, or going out in coastal towns you will need a car. It didn't bother us because we came with cars and wanted to explore Istria anyway. Overall, it is a great mix of peace, privacy, and fun all in one place.
