Villa Emi is located in Karojba, a small place near Motovun. On the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor has two more bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The beautiful garden has a swimming pool of 34 square meters, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dining table and a charcoal BBQ. There is also an air-conditioned game room with table tennis and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. For the youngest, we have a kids playground with a swing and a slide, beach volleyball and a small soccer field on artificial grass.

If you want to escape the crowds and just relax, this place is perfect. The yard is amazing and has so many things to do so we were never bored. The summer kitchen is right by the pool so you basically live outside. The house is clean, modern, and has everything you need, and the AC in every room was great during the summer heat. If you plan on going to the beach, doing bigger grocery shopping, or going out in coastal towns you will need a car. It didn't bother us because we came with cars and wanted to explore Istria anyway. Overall, it is a great mix of peace, privacy, and fun all in one place.
