On the first floor, three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, TVs, and air conditioning offer a restful space, with two rooms featuring balconies and pool views. Across from the main house, a separate entrance leads to a ground-floor game room with table football, a double bedroom with an en-suite shower, and two more double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balconies. The outdoor area includes a 64m² swimming pool, outdoor shower and toilet, a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, BBQ, dining area, and sun loungers.
