Holiday house Božac with a total area of 104m2 extends over three floors (ground floor, first floor and attic). The house has a separate entrance and is surrounded by a stone wall and a garden with aromatic herbs (lavender, sage and rosemary). On the ground floor of this holiday home, there is a hallway from which you enter the living room with a mini bar, satellite TV and a leather corner sofa, as well as air conditioning for heating and cooling. From the corridor we enter the bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a heater. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen decorated with a fireplace, which is equipped with kitchen elements, a refrigerator (with a large freezer compartment), a dishwasher, and a stove (3 gas, 1 electric, electric oven), microwave oven, kettle, with a toaster, a deep fryer and a coffee machine and an air conditioner that serves only for heating. The kitchen leads to a covered terrace (approx. 20 m2) at the back of the house, near which there is a large children's playroom (sandbox, swings, goals for mini-football, slide, exercise equipment), and a swimming pool (6x4x1.30) with a shower. The yard at the back of the house is approx. 2500 m2 in size. From the ground floor, stairs lead to the first floor of the house, where there are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom with shower and toilet. The Orange room has a double bed, a single bed and a cot, one large wardrobe with a mirror and two bedside tables with lamps. The room has a view of the children's playground, the olive grove and the swimming pool. Amor Room The Amor Room has a double bed, a wardrobe, leather stools for sitting, and two nightstands with lamps. The view from this room extends to the aromatic garden and the entrance to the house. The Attic room is located in the attic, accessible by stairs from the corridor on the first floor. There are three single beds in the room. Next to the bed are cabinets and bedside lamps, as well as chests of drawers for storing clothes. The room is suitable for children, because the ceiling height is limited. The air conditioner in the attic provides cooling and heating. The windows have a view of the children's playground, the olive grove and the swimming pool.
