Villa Lipica offers everything you need for your family vacation. It is located in the heart of Istria and can accommodate up to 14 guests. In the spacious and beautifully landscaped garden, guests can enjoy a variety of facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, tavern with fireplace, sauna, gym and many other attractions. The ground floor of the house includes a spacious living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. Wooden stairs lead to a gallery with billiards and other board games that are ideal for the whole family. The gallery connects the two bedrooms and the living room. On the same level of the ground floor there are also two bedrooms with private bathrooms and double beds, and one triple room with its own bathroom. On the left side of the villa there is a separate studio apartment with a separate entrance, located near the pool. This apartment contains two single beds, two sofa beds and a private bathroom. Family Villa Lipica is intended for family vacations, and groups of young people are not welcome.
