On the ground floor of the villa, which is the space for daily socializing and relaxation, there is a spacious living room furnished with modern furniture and equipped with all the technology needed for modern times. The same area offers you a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a table and chairs for 8 people as well laundry and toilet for guests. From the kitchen and the dining room, you can step onto a large garden with outdoor sitting furniture where you will certainly spend memorable evenings, enjoying the delicacies prepared on the nearby grill. If you like to refresh yourself – there is a nice Jacuzzi. Cavtat is an ancient medieval town that abounds in historical monuments and natural beauties.
