This newly built Villa Nina on the island of Brač in the small town of Sumartin is an ideal location for summer vacations. The villa is fully air-conditioned and ideal for up to 8 people. In front of the villa there is a private swimming pool for enjoyment and all the equipment such as sunbeds, umbrellas and others. There is also a place for grilling which is ideal for in the evening. The villa is divided into 3 rooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern living room. The villa itself is located not far from the sea, only 100m, and other attractions are also very close.
