A wonderful holiday house located near the town of Zadar. This modern and elegantly decorated house is ideal for two families or a group of friends who want to spend their summer holidays together. Located on a terraced plot, the house is spread over two floors, each of which has a separate entrance. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. From there you can go down to the ground floor, where you will find two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Start the day with a delicious breakfast on the terrace of the first floor, while enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. In front of the house, in a well-kept garden, there is a barbecue and a playroom for children, which makes it perfect for a family vacation. Also, there is a swimming pool for refreshment during hot summer days. A steep path and steps lead you to the nearby pebble beach and the sea, where you can spend pleasant hours in nature. If you prefer city beaches and a more lively atmosphere, definitely visit the city of Zadar. A diverse selection of sports, entertainment and cultural activities awaits you there, which will make your vacation even more special.
