Villa Calma is located in Briševo near Zadar. The villa was built in 2022 and, with its modern design and equipment, offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The interior of the Villa extends to 250 m2 and consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and the remaining two have a shower cabin, a living room, a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats, and modernly equipped kitchen. The outdoor part consists of a swimming pool with 6 deckchairs and an outdoor kitchen with an electric grill. Guests also have at their disposal a tavern located in the basement of the villa, which offers guests a wood or charcoal grill and is ideal for gatherings. The villa has 5 parking spaces for cars.
