Villa Anastasia is modern villa with rustic elements situated in the northern part of Istria, near town of Umag. It consists of two levels and enjoys sea views with an attractive outside dining area and barbeque/fire. This is a quiet residential area and will suit those looking for a relaxing, laid back holiday. Interior consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, living area and fully-equipped kitchen. This villa can provide accommondation for up to 10 people and so is ideal for family or group of friends. You can relax outside by the pool area catching mediterranean sun and enjoy evening preparing barbecue dishes on your terrace. Nearest supermarket and restaurant are within walking distance, while you can reach closest beach within short car drive.

    I had an amazing time at Beautiful Villas. The villas are absolutely gorgeous, and everything was in pristine condition. The owner was so welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was enjoyable.

    Das Haus (Qualität, Ausstattung, Pool, Sauberkeit) war perfekt! Evtl könnte die Küche noch ein paar scharfe Messer, Schneidebrett und Gläser vertragen. Das ist aber auch schon das einzige, was aber nicht negativ in die Bewertung einfliest. Die Größe, Anzahl der Zimmer, Bäder,... Hätte nicht besser sein können. Pool war groß und ausreichend warm, auch nachts waren wir oft noch eine Runde schwimmen. Die Kinder haben das große Wohnzimmer, den Pool und die Schaukel geliebt. Für zwei Familien mit je 2 Kindern ein sehr großzügiges Haus! Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!
