Located in the picturesque village of Kurili, Villa Casa LaBobina is a beautifully designed modern villa with a retro flair. The fully air-conditioned interior is thoughtfully spread over two floors. The ground floor features a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a separate bathroom, and one bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. You can access the outdoor terrace and garden directly from the living area. The first floor hosts two additional bedrooms, both equipped with TVs and private bathrooms. This upper level also boasts a cozy gallery relaxation area with a sofa bed, perfect for reading and unwinding. In the beautifully landscaped garden, you will thoroughly enjoy the private heated swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. A dedicated BBQ area is also at your disposal to prepare delicious grilled meals. Please note that pool heating is subject to an additional charge and should be requested at the time of booking to ensure the water is perfectly warm upon your arrival.

    The owner was extremely helpful and reactive whenever we had a question. The house is very well furbished, cooking and dining equipment extensive and in good condition, the air conditioning throughout the house was particularly welcome (contrary to other houses to rent in Croatia, this one has full A/C in all rooms, not just 1 bedroom or the living area !). Front terrace is not readily visible on pictures but definitely worth knowing about, it was in the shade at lunchtime and well ventilated, so was very pleasant for lunch outside of the heat. The swimming pool and related sun beds are extremely pleasant to use too ! With the exception of a neighbour who was using machinery from time to time,the area is very quiet and sparsely populated. No holiday crowds to be feared!
