Welcome to our beautiful villa, which has been newly renovated in 2019 to provide a spacious and refreshing vacation experience. With its stunning sea view, this villa offers privacy, peace and the potential for an unforgettable stay. The villa is spread across 3 floors, with the higher ground floor serving as the resting area featuring a living room, large kitchen, winter terrace with indoor fireplace, garage, bathroom and a large open terrace with a dining table and breathtaking views of Banjole's bay and natural surroundings. On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, with one bedroom having an en-suite bathroom and the other two rooms sharing a large bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. From the outdoor terrace, a staircase leads down to the garden area, where you'll find a large pool with a whirlpool and plenty of space to sunbathe on deckchairs. There is also an outdoor grill area and a relaxing space.On the ground floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and SAT TV. In addition, there is a game room with billiards, darts, and table soccer, as well as a wellness room with a sauna and shower. The walled garden area provides a safe space for children to play. The villa offers many amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including a whirlpool inside the swimming pool, a wellness area with a sauna, billiards, darts, table soccer, exercise equipment, a garage plus 2 parking spaces, an outdoor grill (coal or gas), and an indoor fireplace on the large winter terrace. Located on one of the highest points of the village, the villa offers stunning views of the sea and natural beauty. The area is safe and quiet, allowing you to relax during your stay. The nearest sea is just 800 meters away, and within 2 kilometers, you'll find many rocky and sandy beaches, campsites, and wild beaches. There is also a small shop nearby for everything you need, and just 1 kilometer away, there is a larger supermarket, gas station, bank, and ATM for your convenience.
