Treat yourself to your dream vacation in this attractive house with pool. The exclusive location offers easy access to the beach, town center and numerous café bars and restaurants. The fenced garden and the pool area offer enough privacy. The interior features spacious and elegant furniture spread over the ground floor and first floor, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. There is also a small annex on the property with an additional bedroom and bathroom. , One of the highlights of the property there is a sauna, swimming and whirlpool, located practically next to the pool. Take romantic walks along the lively promenade of Fazana and explore the nearby amphitheater, the famous Arena of Pula. We highly recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands National Park, where you can play golf and admire the island's stunning sights, visited by celebrities and world leaders alike. There is an additional charge of 30 euros per night for pool heating.
