Villa Scala is a luxuriously decorated villa located on the edge of Novigrad centre, and is located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The yard of the house contains a private pool, gas grill and a covered terrace with a dining table. On the ground floor of the house with access to the pool is a living room, fully equipped kitchen double bed bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with and two en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TVs. The roof top of the villa is reserved for a large terrace with jacuzzi and beautiful sea views.

Scala hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus ist phänomenal. Wir werden nie vergessen, wie schön es war, draußen zu sitzen und zu grillen. Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach und die Aussicht sind auch wow. Wir empfehlen.

Familie Hartmann Villa Scala
Wir waren 10 Personen und hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Villa befindet sich in einer sehr günstigen Lage, 150 Meter vom Supermarkt, 300/400 Meter vom schönen Strand und ca. 500 Meter vom Zentrum von Novigrad entfernt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar ohne Auto. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, kleine Details wurden sowohl bei den Möbeln als auch bei den Dienstleistungen untersucht. Jedes Zimmer hat eine eigene Minibar und einen Fernseher, sehr bequemes Bett. Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt, Jacuzzi auch. Schöner Meerblick von der Terrasse oben. Der Besitzer ist eine sehr gastfreundliche Person und sehr hilfsbereit bei allem. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Reinigung 10 Komfort 10 Empfang 10 Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft

Familie Urlaub
Wir waren mit insgesamt 9 Personen in der Villa Scala, vom 21.08-28.08.2021. Die Villa ist große Klasse, sowie der Pool und der Whirlpool auf dem Dach. Alles sehr sauber, gepflegt, Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Frische Bettwäsche/ Handtücher, die Besitzerin ist immer sehr hilfreich, sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und sehr sehr nett!!!!! Alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Es fehlte an nichts und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!!!
