Villa 115 is a beautiful modern villa with a private heated pool. The total area of the villa with a yard is 600 square meters. In front of the villa there is a large pool of 36 square meters adapted for adults and children. In addition to the pool there are also sun loungers and a barbecue area. The villa is located on the ground floor and first floor. The villa is fully air conditioned. The ground floor has a beautiful living room with television and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, one room with double bed and en suite bathroom. On the first floor are the other two rooms with their own bathrooms. Additional amenities include a heated pool and electric bicycles for an extra charge.
