Perla Verde is impressively wide and covers a plot of land of 2208 m2. The property itself has 300 m2 and provides a very comfortable and luxurious stay for 8 people. It consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The layout of the rooms is very well thought out, and makes the villa very interactive with the outdoor content, primarily the imposing heated swimming pool of 50 m2! The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous Istrian tourist attraction, the Old Town of Labin (14 km), and only a 20-minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Rab. All amenities are within reach: restaurants, bars, wineries, museums, shopping centers, banks, pharmacies, clinics, etc. The estate is a real rarity because it offers complete peace and privacy with a spectacular panoramic view of the Učka nature park and the vast surrounding greenery (hence the name Perla Verde). From the settlement itself, you can relax by walking or cycling along the roads that lead to the surrounding settlements and villages.
