This beautiful contemporary villa is located in Lozica, a coastal town just 7km from the famous Dubrovnik Old Town. As you descend from the parking, you will enter an elegant foyer, the central point of a bright, open-concept space spreading over two levels and separated by a marble staircase. The lower level is an open-flow space comprised of a chic living room and a state of the art kitchen with a custom made table for twelve. Food freshly prepared in the kitchen can be served either inside, or on the adjacent shaded terrace with an al fresco dining table for twelve. Five double bedrooms are in the villa, sleeping ten guests, while two more can be accommodated on pull-out sofa. You will find all your health needs met in the fully equipped fitness room next door, where you can keep up with your daily routines while surrounded by luxury. The terrace is equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor sofas where you can relax in the Mediterranean sunshine.
