Villa Ciano is a wonderful one-story house with a swimming pool located on the outskirts of picturesque Višnjan. In the immediate vicinity of the place, we have all the necessary facilities for a relaxed vacation - shops, bakeries, pizzerias, ATMs and much more. Thanks to its elevated location, with a yard completely surrounded by a tall green hedge and a beautiful 50 m² swimming pool, it offers an enchanting panoramic view of the sea. The yard of the house is located next to the road that leads to the center of Višnjan with moderate traffic.
This holiday home in Višnjan covers 135 m² and can host 6-8 people. It consists of a kitchen with a dining room, an air-conditioned living room with a gallery where there is a sofa with the possibility of a bed for two people, three double bedrooms with double beds, two showers/toilets, one bathroom/toilet and two covered terraces, from one of which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining, as well as a summer kitchen.
It is important to note that only small dogs are allowed, and that this house does not accept groups of young people or organize bachelor/bachelorette parties.
