Villa Oleandra ist eine Villa im istrischen Stil, die vom Eigentümer hervorragend eingerichtet wurde. Es liegt im malerischen Zentralistrien, etwa 15 Autominuten von der Küste entfernt. Diese charmante Villa mit Charakter besteht aus vier Schlafzimmern, fünf Badezimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und einer Sauna. Draußen gibt es einen wunderschönen Garten mit Schöner großer beheizter Pool und Whirlpool. Genießen Sie die Abende auf der überdachten Terrasse mit Essbereich mit Grill. Auf dem Spielplatz mit Schaukel und Trampolin wird es Kindern nie langweilig, und Sie können auch Volleyball und Badminton spielen.

Sabine Very nice authentic Villa with a great Garden
We stayed at the villa in April. We were 4 adults and 4 children. The villa is very quiet and has a very nice atmosphere. The villa offers a beautiful living room with a wonderful fireplace. In particular, you can spend romantic evenings by the fireplace. The bedrooms are large and rustically furnished. Each room has air conditioning and heating. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The spacious garden gives you plenty of space to relax. Our children felt very comfortable there. There is plenty of space, a trampoline, a swing, and a sports/play area. The pool was not yet in operation at our travel time, but the jacuzzi is wonderful! The house also has an infrared sauna The kitchen is well equipped, and everything necessary is available. The hosts are very nice and are also on hand with tips. All the family members were very satisfied! One thing is certain: we will definitely be back, next time in the summer to enjoy the villa in all its glory!
